MANDATE OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS (SDGS)
The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), formally adopted by the United Nations in 2015 as the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, constitute a universal, integrated, and transformative plan of action. The overarching objective is to achieve global eradication of poverty, secure environmental protection, and ensure the realization of peace and prosperity for all persons by the terminal date of 2030. Goal 1: No Poverty
